Surprisingly, Apparently York Betrayed Vegapunk!

After waiting for a long time and guessing who the mysterious figure betrayed Vegapunk, Eiichiro Oda finally revealed this figure through One Piece manga chapter 1078. So in the One Piece manga chapter 1078 spoiler, it was revealed that York had betrayed Vegapunk for his own goals.

For those of you who haven't read the manga, York is one of Vegapunk's satellites. So with the intelligence he has, Vegapunk divides his desires into several parts and York is one of Vegapunk's desires that represents greed.

Shocking York Betrayed Vegapunk


So in the previous chapter, Shaka, one of Vegapunk's satellites, felt strange about the current condition of Egg Head Island. As we know, this satellite is a representative of Vegapunk, which means they have higher power to control the Seraphim than Sentomaru or CP0.

In the previous chapter it was seen that Sentomaru or CP0 cannot control Seraphim, which means that there is a higher authority giving orders to Seraphim. If Vegapunk had given the order, of course he would not have ordered the Seraphim to attack the Straw Hats.

But strangely Seraphim moved and attacked the Straw Hats. Seeing this situation, Shaka started to get suspicious and felt that there was a traitor among them. And it was revealed that it was York who betrayed Vegapunk.

The reason why York betrayed Vegapunk and the other satellites was because York wanted to be part of the Tenryuubito. York wants to become a Tenryuubito because he doesn't want to work and wants to relax and be lazy. To achieve this goal, York plans to kill Vegapunk and hand him over to the Gorosei in exchange for making him a Tenryuubito.
